How do I place an order?

You can place an order with us in several ways! Fill out and submit our Request a Quote form here on our website, and our team will follow up with pricing and next steps. You can also call our store, send us an email, or visit us in person to discuss your order with a member of our team.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days from the time your order is approved and payment is received. If you need your order sooner, we offer rush options depending on our production schedule:

  • 5–7 Business Days: $75 Rush Fee
  • 3–4 Business Days: $100 Rush Fee
  • 1–2 Business Days: $150 Rush Fee

If you have a specific deadline, let us know when placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, minimum order quantities vary depending on the service you choose. Screen printing requires a minimum of 30 garments while Direct-to-Film requires 10, and Embroidery requires 6. If you’re unsure what option works best for your needs, reach out to us and we’ll help guide you in the right direction.

Will I see a proof before my order is produced?

Yes! Before we begin production, we'll send you a digital proof of your design for approval. This allows you to review the placement, colors, and overall look of the artwork. Production only begins once the proof has been approved.
