  • Do you have minimums?

We have a minimum order of 30 garments required for Screen Print. All garments in an order must receive the same Design, Location, and Print Colors

If you would like an order of 30 shirts or less, we would recommend printing with our Direct to Film method.

Can I get a sample before I order?

We have our most popular garments here in our show room for you to check out. Still unsure? You can order a blank garment to test out before placing your bulk order, just pay the cost of the garment.

We do not offer Screen Print samples. However, we will send a digital proof that shows all aspects of your print (Size, PMS Color, Placement, etc.) and we will not move forward to production until this proof is approved.

  • How is my price determined?

Your price is primarily determined by four things:

    1. The product you select.
    2. How many locations are being printed
    3. The total number of ink colors needed for printing.
    4. The total quantity of items in your order.

Other factors such as adding personalized names and/or numbers to your items or special requests also affect the cost.

    Savings tip:
The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order.

Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings. Reducing the number of ink colors in your design can also lead to significant savings. Our team can make any design stand out with only three, two, or even one ink color!

  • What are set up fees?

Our set up fees are charged to cover the costs associated with preparing your design for printing. It encompasses various pre-production activities such as artwork preparation, screen creation, ink mixing, set up and calibration, and cleaning and maintenance.

  • What is Direct to Film?

Direct-to-film (DTF) printing is one of the most versatile techniques available in the print industry. Direct to Film involves printing a design onto a special film with coating. Then, the design on the film is heat-transferred to fabric using a heat press machine. This printing method is durable, and the designs come out detailed and vibrant.

This method is recommended for low quantities or for prints with highly detailed designs (4+ Colors, Shadows, and Gradients)

  • Is Direct to Film Durable?

Yes, Direct-to-Film is extremely durable. In the realm of custom printing methods, DTF transfers are among the most long-lasting right behind Screen Print.

With regular use and standard washing and drying, a DTF print can typically last between 80 to 100 washes

  • What kinds of files are required for Direct to Film?

We always prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS and .PDF files. If you do not have a vector file, we can also accept JPEG and PNG but an artwork fee may be added to your order, depending on the resolution of your file.

  • What types of fabric can be used?

Similar to Screen Print, Direct to Film can be used on fabrics with Cotton, Polyester, or Cotton/Poly blends. Common items include T-Shirts, Long Sleeves, Hoodies, and Canvas Bags
